Our Story

Hi there! We,re Luke and Taylor Anderson, the owners and operators of VI Sweets.

Last year was our first season bringing our products to markets and craft fairs across Vancouver Island. While we loved every second of it, we quickly noticed a massive hurdle: organization.

"Especially during the Christmas rush, we found ourselves lost. We didn't know which events we had applied to, which were still open, or where we stood with our applications. We were relying on a messy Google spreadsheet just to keep our heads above water."

We knew there had to be a better way. So, we took that spreadsheet a step further and designed this site to help organize the island's markets and craft fairs. But we didn't stop there. We decided to help the incredible makers and artisans of Vancouver Island sell their items year-round through our marketplace.

Our hope is that this platform helps you discover future events and supports the amazing local talent that makes Vancouver Island so special.
