1. Accuracy of Information (Events & Shops)

VI Marketplace features content submitted by the public, event organizers, and independent vendors. While we strive for accuracy, Luke and Taylor Anderson do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event details or shop listings.

• Events: Market dates, times, and locations are subject to change without notice. Always verify with the official event organizer before traveling.
• Shop Items: Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are the sole responsibility of the individual vendor.

2. User-Generated Content & Imagery

When you upload photos to our platform (for events or products), you represent that you own the rights to that imagery. VI Marketplace is not liable for copyright infringement or the quality of uploaded media. We reserve the right to remove any image that is deemed inappropriate, low-quality, or off-topic at our sole discretion.

3. Acceptable Use & Anti-Abuse Policy

Our platform provides tools to help makers grow, including a newsletter system and vendor messaging. To maintain a safe community, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Newsletter Abuse: Using our mailing tools to send "spam," deceptive content, or non-marketplace-related solicitations.
• Tool Exploitation: Any attempt to circumvent our security, "scrape" data, or use our booth mapping tools for purposes other than their intended use.
• Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials (manual or social).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by British Columbia law, VI Marketplace shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or inconvenience resulting from incorrect event information, product defects from third-party vendors, or the temporary unavailability of our digital tools.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user or vendor account that violates these terms, abuses our communication tools, or provides consistently false information to the community.
